Privacy Policy

IntellyPilot is operated by Mondivio (KVK 90316630, VAT NL004805638B79), Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the IntellyPilot platform (the Service), why we process it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, organisation, role.
• Billing data: subscription tier, invoices, payment method tokens (held by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
• Content you create: drafts, posts, leads, contacts, campaigns and any files you upload.
• Integration data: OAuth tokens and metadata for the third-party platforms you connect (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.) — encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: page views, feature interactions, errors, and IP address for security and product analytics.

2. Why we process it

• To deliver the Service you subscribed to (contract).
• To bill you and prevent fraud (legitimate interest, legal obligation).
• To improve product quality and security (legitimate interest).
• To send service announcements; marketing emails only with your opt-in (consent).

3. Sub-processors

We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the Service. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic and OpenAI via Vercel AI Gateway (AI model inference), Sentry (error monitoring).

4. International transfers

Data is stored within the EU where possible. AI model inference and some sub-processors may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Account and content data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Invoices are retained for 7 years per Dutch tax law.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact us at info@intellypilot.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
