GDPR

Mondivio (operator of IntellyPilot) is established in the Netherlands and processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our roles

• We act as controller for account, billing, and product-usage data.
• We act as processor for the customer data you upload or generate using the Service (your contacts, leads, posts, conversations, etc.).

Lawful basis

• Contract — to deliver the Service you subscribed to.
• Legal obligation — to retain invoices and respond to authority requests.
• Legitimate interest — to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
• Consent — for marketing communications and optional cookies.

Data subject rights

Individuals whose data we process have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port their data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@intellypilot.com. We respond within one month.

If you are a data subject whose information is held in a customer's IntellyPilot account (for example, a contact on their CRM), please contact the customer directly — they are the controller of that data and we will assist them in responding.

Data Processing Agreement

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs the customer data we process on your behalf. The DPA is available on request — email info@intellypilot.com to receive a signed copy.

Sub-processors

We engage the following sub-processors to deliver the Service:

• Vercel Inc. — application hosting (EU regions; US data transfers under SCCs).
• Neon Inc. — managed Postgres database (EU region).
• Clerk Inc. — authentication and user management.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — payment processing.
• Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic PBC and OpenAI Ireland Ltd. — AI model inference (via Vercel AI Gateway, zero data retention).
• Functional Software Inc. (Sentry) — error monitoring.

We notify customers in advance of any material change to this list.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Supervisory authority

Our lead supervisory authority is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You have the right to lodge a complaint with them or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
